January Sales Price Battle: PlayStation 3 Edition
Round 2 of our January Sales Battle involves the PlayStation 3. We’ve done it again and compared 87 different titles across our three retailers to see which of Amazon UK, Game and Play.com comes out on top when it comes to their allegedly wallet-conscious sales. We’ve only listed titles that at least one store is claiming that they are selling at a doozie of a price, and we’ve only listed the winning price so that things don’t look too messy.

Another sweet list of deals and surely there’s something to take your fancy? Vegas 2 for a tenner? The insanely good BioShock for £18? Winner! GAME took our first round (Wii) by a hair’s breadth, winning out 21-20 over Amazon UK, but in this round, the result is much, much clearer. Play.com weighed in with 12 wins, Amazon UK punched below their weight with 14 and the runaway winner in our PS3 round is GAME, with a mammoth 41 wins. That takes the high-street giant into a convincing 2-0 lead. Can they hold on as we take a look at Xbox 360, PSP and DS deals over the next few days?
